Two of my Black Swallowtail chrysalises hatched today...one male and one female. It was really neat to get to compare them side by side. So amazing! Such perfect little creatures!

In the garden...she took off right after I snapped this picture! (I had placed her on this Lantana.)

I've been catching and releasing butterflies that keep finding their way into the upstairs of the house... I guess no screens on windows will do that! Don't know why they keep coming in, though! Your pix are beautiful... as always! ;)
