So what WAS in those packages?

I have been enjoying my birthday gifts for over 2 months now (well, all but one of them), but thought I would share just what was in those packages!  

Chai Latte K-cups from Trevin, mug from Logan, lap blanket from mom-in-law (yes, those are butterflies!) and a little plane from Corey.  :-)  That "little" plane represents a very big, thoughtful gift! ...a ticket to somewhere all my own choosing!  So that's the one I haven't enjoyed yet, though I HAVE enjoyed dreaming about it!  :-)

A good reason to celebrate!

I'm finally done with my music listening therapy (12 weeks of it!) and teasingly I told Corey this morning that when I got back from my bike ride this afternoon, they should throw me a party.  Well, I had already baked a chocolate cake for it (doesn't take much to celebrate with cake around here!) but they went all out and went and got decorations and even put candles on my cake!  (The candles are in the shape of music notes...arranged by our piano player!)  :-)  It was a special time...and I'm sure they are ALL glad I'm done with my music.  It did a number on my mood many times! 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Dairy Fall Festival
